Athletic Injuries
Sports injuries can occur during athletic activities, practices, orexercises. Sports injuries may result from accidents, poor training practices,use of improper protective gear, lack of conditioning, and insufficient warm-up and stretching.

The bones are held together by ligaments to provide stability to the joint. Muscles and tendons move the bones around each other and help in performing various activities. Dislocation occurs when the bones that make up the joint are forced out of alignment.
